◇    實名制購票規則

※當購票人完成購票即視為購票人及入場人皆同意並接受本公告所有規定。

1.    本國籍人士首次加入會員者，請務必以國民身分證字號作為會員帳號；已經成為會員者，如原先非以國民身分證字號（例如：以護照號碼等資料）作為會員帳號者，請務必於購買本活動票券前，完成會員資料異動申請，將會員帳號修改為身份證字號。

2.    非本國籍人士限以護照號碼做為會員帳號，如有更新護照，請完成會員資料異動申請。

3.    建議所有欲購買本活動票券者，請於本活動售票日前至少14個工作天自行完成會員註冊，並自行確認會員資料完整及正確，且與本公告規定之合格證件資料完全相符，另需確認證件之效期是否足以涵蓋至本活動演出日後至少6個月以上。

4.    每位會員每場購買總張數上限4張（含各優先購階段已購買之票券）。

5.    本節目為「個人實名制」(即每位入場人皆須提示符合規定之證件)

6.     本國籍人士限填寫國民身分證上之「姓名」及「身分證字號」。如替未持有國民身分證之孩童購買實名制票券，請務必提前向戶政機關申請國民身分證，或更新為有照片的全民健保卡，以免影響入場。

7.    非本國籍人士限填寫「護照英文姓名」及「護照號碼」。

8.    演出當日，入場人需持入場人本人之證件正本，且需與票券上資料相符，方能驗票入場。不得持他人證件入場，若有本人證件與票券不符之情況，主辦單位有權拒絕入場，且不受理任何退換票，亦不提供任何補償。

9.    本國籍人士僅認定合法之國民身分證、全民健保卡或駕駛執照(擇一)之「正本」，且證件須有可辨識為本人之照片、姓名及身分證字號。恕不接受其他形式之證件（包括但不限於護照正本、學生證或任何證件之影本、電子檔或照片等）。

10.  非本國籍人士僅認定護照「正本」，恕不接受護照影本、電子檔、照片或其他形式(如居留證等)之證件。

11.  票券上將顯示完整之姓名及身分證字號或護照號碼。

12.  購票前請先至【會員專區】-【實名制名單】預先建立填寫每一張入場人資料(會員本人資料免填-系統已自動儲存會員本人資料，請填寫其他入場人資料即可)，務必確認會員本人及相關票券入場人姓名、身分證字號(或護照號碼)資料正確無誤，恕不接受購票後以任何理由原因修改入場人資料，如資料有誤請依照該節目退票規則及期限內進行退票後再重新購票，退票相關辦法請見【退票須知】。

13.   每個證件號碼，每一場次僅限購買一張票券，不得重複購買，如因重複購票導致無法入場，皆視為放棄入場權益，不得要求退款、變更或轉讓，購票時請特別留意。

15.   本節目票券預計於2027年2月15日開始郵寄，並同時開放萊爾富便利商店及OK超商取票(如有異動將公告於售票系統)。

16.  務必透過寬宏售票系統購票，於拍賣網站或是其他售票管道所購得票券者，如有任何情事發生時將無法成為主辦單位所保障之對象，主辦單位有權拒絕於拍賣網站或是其他非正式授權售票之管道購買的票券入場。為了您的權益，請在寬宏售票系統購票。

17.  購票者應取得該個資所有人同意以真實姓名及身分證字號(或護照號碼)購票，並填寫有效個人資訊，如以虛假資料購買票券將涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」，並可依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第五項、第六項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。預備犯前項之罪者，處一年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣一百萬元以下罰金」，主辦單位及寬宏售票將有權利立即取消該消費者訂單及入場資格。

18.  本節目退票方案依文化部於中華民國107年5月16日文藝字第10710128232號公告修定之『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六條退換票機制訂定如下說明：本節目採用方案二，消費者個人因素退票者之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以郵戳寄送日為準，每張票券須收取票面金額5%退票手續費，換票視同於退票。

◇  A Real-Name Policy

※This event requires Real-Name Verification. Upon completion of the ticket purchase, both the purchaser and the attendee shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this announcement.

1.    Please use your National Identification Number as your membership account ID. Existing members whose membership account ID is not their National Identification Number (e.g., a passport number) must submit a Membership Information Change Request and update their membership account ID to their National Identification Number before purchasing tickets for this event.

2.    For Foreign attendees, must use their passport number as their membership account ID. If you have renewed your passport, please submit a Membership Information Change Request to update your membership information accordingly.

3.    All individuals intending to purchase tickets for this event are advised to complete their membership registration at least 14 business days prior to the ticket sale date. Please ensure that all membership information is complete and accurate and exactly matches the information on the valid identification document required under this announcement. In addition, please ensure that the identification document remains valid for at least six months beyond the event date.

4.    Each KHAM member may purchase a maximum of four tickets per performance. (Including the ticket purchased through the BIGBANG V.I.P MEMBERSHIP PRESALE and CTBC BANK PRESALE)

5.     This event requires Real-Name Verification. (Each attendee must present a valid identification document that complies with the requirements set forth herein.)

6.    Taiwanese nationals must enter their name and National Identification Number exactly as shown on their National Identification Card. If purchasing a real-name ticket for a child who does not have a National Identification Card, please apply for a National Identification Card in advance, or update the child’s National Health Insurance Card to one with a photo, to avoid any issues with admission.

7.    For Foreign attendees, must enter their name in English and Passport Number exactly as shown on their passport.

8.     On the day of the event, each attendee must present the original physical identification document belonging to the attendee, which must exactly match the name and ID/passport number printed on the ticket for verification. Admission using another person’s identification document is strictly prohibited. If the identification information does not match the information printed on the ticket, the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry and/or benefit redemption. No refunds, exchanges, or compensation will be provided under such circumstances.

9.    For Taiwanese nationals, only the original of one of the following valid identification documents will be accepted: National Identification Card, National Health Insurance Card, or Driver’s License. The identification document must clearly display a recognizable photograph of the holder, name, and National Identification Number.

(photocopies, photographs, or any other forms of identification, including residence permits, will not be accepted.)

10.  For Foreign attendees, only the original passport will be accepted as valid identification. (Passport photocopies, photographs, or any other forms of identification, including residence permits, will not be accepted.)

11.  The ticket will display the attendee’s full name and National Identification Number or passport number.

12.   you must log in your account and fill Real Name List to pre-register the attendee information for each ticket. Please double-check that the name and ID number (or passport number) of the account holder and all attendees are correct before buying. Once a purchase is made, requests to modify attendee information will not be accepted under any circumstances. If the information entered contains errors, you must request a refund according to the event''''''''s refund policy and timeline, and then repurchase the tickets.

13.   Each ID/Passport number is restricted to one ticket for entry. In the case of duplicate purchases, entry may be denied, and the organizer shall not be held liable. No refunds, changes, or transfers will be permitted.

14.  If you need to update your Kham membership information, please submit the [Membership Information Change Request Form]. The administrative process takes approximately 3–10 work days.

15.  Physical tickets are scheduled to be mailed starting February 15, 2027. Ticket collection at Hi-Life and OK Mart convenience stores will be also available starting on February 15, 2027 too. (Any adjustments will be announced on the ticketing system.)

16.  Ticket purchasers must obtain prior consent from all individuals whose personal details are being used, and must purchase tickets using real names and valid information.

Purchasing tickets with false information may constitute the "Crime of Forgery of Private Documents" under Article 210 of the Criminal Code. Furthermore, according to Paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 10-1 of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act, penalties regarding "the use of false data or other improper means to purchase tickets..." may apply.

17.  The ticket can be refunded. Please apply for a refund within 3 days after the ticket purchase. 5% of the ticket price will be charged as service fee for all refunded tickets.

2.    視線遮蔽不良區

(A.) 因燈架或控台硬體設施可能造成以下區域產生不同視線遮蔽情況：

(B.) 位處舞台兩側區域可能因舞台架設角度問題造成部分視線受阻可能無法觀賞於

「主舞台」中、後端表演及部份 LED 螢幕:

G12/G13/G25/G26/C01/C02/V03/C13/C14/C15

(C.) 看台各區的前排座位，包含但不限於各區實際第一排和實際第二、三排部份座位等，場館設置固定的安全防護欄桿、逃生樓梯和防護牆，會有部分視線受影響，地面層座位也可能因舞台高度、硬體設備等造成部分視線受到影響。

請於購買前審慎考慮，可接受再購票，現場不受理任何因視線遮蔽、個人喜好、演出內容不符預期等因素要求之退換票。

3.    票區示意圖僅供參考，舞台可能依實際演出需求進行調整。

4.     禁止任何專業形式之拍照、錄影 (手機除外）及直播行爲。如經查獲，將由現場工作人員將底片與記憶卡強制曝光及刪除並要求立即離場，概不負任何相關損失與遺失責任，並將保留提出侵權告訴之權利。

僅允許觀眾使用手機本身鏡頭拍照及錄影，不可使用增倍鏡頭且拍攝內容僅供個人留念，嚴禁任何商業用途。

5.    觀眾席內禁止飲食，禁止攜帶任何食物、飲料，飲用水除外。

6.    禁止使用自拍棒、任何長竿、三腳架與板凳等各類自行加高裝置。 

7.    禁止丟擲螢光棒、保溫瓶、寶特瓶、鐵鋁罐、摺疊傘等任何物品。

8.    請遵守入場規則、動線及現場工作人員指示，敬請依序排隊耐心等候。如有干擾進出場館或演出秩序之行為，主辦單位有權要求違反者離場，並禁止再行入場且不予退票。主辦單位保有認定是否屬干擾進出場館或演出秩序之行為之權利。 

9.     請詳讀「禁止攜帶物品」規範，如經查獲，將由現場工作人員要求離場，並禁止再行入場且不予退票。

嚴禁攜帶之物品

■   長x寬x高總和超過90公分之包包與行李箱

■   專業相機、錄音機與攝／錄影機器材或增倍鏡頭；行動電話不在此限。

■   Go-Pro、自拍棒、腳架

■   雷射筆、煙火、噴煙裝置、充氣物

■   發出噪音之物品

■   含桿子或長竿的標語、旗幟、橫幅、海報。標語、旗幟、橫幅、海報等任何應援物不可含特定商業及不恰當或政治內容與標誌。

■   危害公眾安全之物品

※以上如經查獲，不論何種形式，均不得進場且不予退票。

10.     請務必於演出日前關注寬宏藝術網站與社群媒體頁面，詳讀確認活動入場安全措施與規範及入場流程、時間，以免損害自身權益。

※主辦單位保留隨時修改、暫停、終止或解釋本實名制活動之權利（包含但不限於活動調整、提前終止或延長），相關異動以官方公告為準，恕不另行個別通知。

◇  IMPORTANT NOTICE

1.     The show is approximately 130 minutes.

2.     Obstricted view seats

(A.)  The following sections may have partially obstructed views due to the completed stage setup: G01/F02/F03/F05/F06/C11/D06/D07/D08/E06/E10/E24/E25

(B.)  The following seats located on either side of the stage may have partially obstructed views due to the angle of the stage setup. From these areas, views of performances at the middle and rear sections of the main stage, as well as portions of the LED screens, may be obstructed: G12/G13/G25/G26/C01/C02/V03/C13/C14/C15

(C.)   For front-row seats in each seating section, including but not limited to the actual first row and certain seats in the second and third rows of each section, fixed safety railings, emergency stairways, protective walls, and other venue structures may affect the visibility from certain seats. For ground-level seats, the stage height, production equipment, and other stage or venue structures may also partially obstruct the view.

Please carefully consider the above information before purchasing your ticket. By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the possibility of a partially obstructed view and accept the seating conditions.

No ticket refunds or exchanges will be accepted at the venue due to obstructed views, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with the performance, including situations where the actual performance or viewing experience does not meet individual expectations.

3.    The seating map is for reference only. The stage layout may be subject to change depending on the actual production and performance requirements.

4.    Professional cameras are prohibited. Cellphones are allowed. No live streaming. If the professional recording is taken, the contents will be deleted by the concert staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry. Audiences are only permitted to use cellphones to take photos and film the performances. But to use teleconverter / extender is not allowed. The contents are strictly for personal use, and any commercial use is absolutely prohibited.

5.     No Smoking. No food and no beverages except drinking water in the auditorium.

6.     The use of selfie sticks, poles or other long rods, tripods, stools, or any other devices intended to elevate or raise the user''''''''''''''''s height is strictly prohibited.

7.    Do not throw any items such as glow stick, plastic bottle, can, folding umbrella.

8.    Please do follow the regulations and the instructions of the concert staff. We will appreciate your patience when the queue is long. If you decline to comply, the presenter has the right to request for you to leave, and tickets will no longer be valid for admission. There will be no ticket refund.

9.    Please read the prohibited item list carefully. Do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

PROHIBITED ITEMS 

■   Bags and suitcases with a combined length, width, and height exceeding 90cm

■   Professional cameras / video cameras and teleconverter / extender. Mobile phones are allowed.

■   GoPro cameras / selfie sticks / monopods

■   Laser pointers, Fireworks, flares, smoke device and inflatables.

■   Noise makers including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.

■   Flags, placards with offensive slogans, advertisements or sticks

■   Weapons or projectiles of any kind. Any item considered a danger to the Artist or the public.

9.    Please check KHAM official website and social media for entry notice before the concert.

※    The presenter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or interpret this lottery ticketing sale model at any time (including but not limited to adjustments, early termination, or extensions). Any changes will be subject to official announcement on both official website and the social media. No individual notifications will be provided.

1. 本節目採「個人實名制」驗證入場，購票前請先「會員登入＞實名制名單」預先建立填寫3位入場人資料(會員本人資料免填已在預設名單內，請填寫其他入場人資料即可)，若是會員本人不符者請依會員專區>「會員資料異動申請」提出更正，購票後將無法更改，相關說明請詳閱「個人實名制入場注意事項」。

2. 建議前兩日事先申請會員完成認證或登入會員確認郵寄住址資料是否正確，避免當日無法順利購票。

3. 由於IOS瀏覽器可能會影響到會員登入及購票交易流程，建議使用Chrome瀏覽器(並請勿使用無痕模式或多視窗瀏覽)或下載寬宏售票手機APP進行購票，以免驗證失敗。
   

4. 換票等同退票，退票期限於購票日後三日內可辦理退票，購票日後第四日以後截止退票申請，詳本活動內「退票須知」。(如購票日距活動日不足三日，請於活動開始前完成退票申請，逾期恕不受理.)

5. 搖滾站席說明 

   (1).搖滾站席請依照序號整隊排隊入場，如未能於公佈的整隊時間內報到整隊，或如該區已開始入場，將視同放棄您的序號優先權利，須按照現場工作人員指示依現場隊伍順序入場。

   (2).為維護所有人的權益，序號數字大的不得要求往前與序號數字小的親友一同排隊，序號數字小的可以往後與序號數字大的親友一同排隊。
   ※序號說明：序號為遞增號碼，於產生訂單後配發，訂單未依時限結帳及退票後的序號將直接作廢不再使用。

6. 平面區為全平面座位；演出長度約130分鐘。

7. 一人一券(不分大小)，皆需憑票入場，本場次非親子節目，建議六歲以上觀眾觀賞，購票前請自行斟酌；票券限使用一次，勿隨意購買來路不明的票券，以免自身權益受損；購買各種優惠票券者，需於購票與使用時依規定出示相關證明文件。

8. 自2020年起如持國民旅遊卡於寬宏售票系統訂購票券完成訂單者，刷卡交易係以「實際刷卡日期」作為請領該年度之休假補助費之依據，國旅卡新制3項貼心提醒：1. 國旅卡不限於休假日使用。2. 不得跨年度使用。3. 不得於公務值勤時消費使用。詳情請洽國民旅遊卡網站查看新制說明。

9. 演出全面禁止攜帶食物(水除外)及攝錄影音器材、自拍神器、LED燈牌、板凳類自行加高裝置等影響節目進行及其他觀眾觀賞權益之物品。違反者主辦單位有權將該物品收取保管，待活動結束時統一發還。主辦單位保有認定攜帶之物品是否屬影響節目進行或其他人觀賞品質之權利。

10. 場內嚴格禁止使用專業相機、錄音機與攝／錄影機器材拍照、攝影、錄音及手機直播等違反著作權、肖像權之行為，手機除外但不可使用增倍鏡頭，如經發現，現場人員有權立即刪除本場活動影音資料，主辦單位有權要求違反者離場，並禁止再行進入會場，且保留法律追訴權。主辦單位保有認定違反行為之權利。

11. 基於公共安全，場內禁止攜帶外食、飲料、寵物、不得吸煙、嚼食檳榔、飲酒、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品進場。

12. 各表演場館有其入場規定，請持票觀眾務必遵守主辦單位及各表演場館各項規定，如有干擾演出秩序之行為，主辦單位有權要求違反者離場，並禁止再行進入會場。主辦單位保有認定是否屬干擾演出秩序之行為之權利。

13. 本活動無履約保證，活動若因故延期或取消，主辦單位不負票面金額以外之相關補償。

14. 節目取消或延期之退票方式說明
    (1) 節目因故取消、延期、主要表演者或演出內容變動時，退票及退款相關資訊將公告於本系統【最新消息】。
    (2) 如所購買節目遇前述取消、延期或變動，僅提供票面金額之退款，恕不負責票面金額以外之相關補償。
    (3) 如所購買節目遇前述取消、延期或變動，且該節目主辦單位拒絕退款，以信用卡購票之持卡人可向原信用卡發卡銀行申請爭議款退款。
    (4)因各節目選用之退票方案不同，請您詳閱所購買節目之專屬說明，任何與專屬說明不同之處，皆以各該節目專屬說明為準。

15. 活動相關異動訊息，請上寬宏售票系統 kham.com.tw 查詢，恕不另行通知，主辦單位保留加場、修改、終止及本活動相關演出內容之權利。

• 本節目採「個人實名制」驗證入場，購票前請先「會員登入＞實名制名單」預先建立填寫每一張入場人資料(會員本人資料免填-系統已自動帶入第一張票券，請填寫其他入場人資料即可)，若是會員本人不符者請依會員專區>「會員資料異動申請」提出更正，購票後將無法更改，相關說明請詳閱「個人實名制入場注意事項」。

• 進行購買票券前，請務必完整瞭解該節目「購買須知」及相關振興方案抵扣規定機制，再行購買，避免產生消費糾紛；一旦進行購退票作業流程，將視同您已瞭解並同意遵守該活動相關購退票事項規定。

• 不論結帳(信用卡、ATM)時出現訊息為何，付款成功與否，請務必登入會員並到【訂單查詢】，確認其【訂單明細】，若有購買成功將會顯示訂購資訊；若ATM付款請在付款期限完成ATM轉帳，轉帳後30分鐘【訂單查詢】將會更新為[已繳款]即訂購成功。

 購票方式 

1. 網路/手機APP訂票(加入會員/電腦配位(開賣預設)/自行選位)：

1. 國內郵寄：

• 每筆系統服務費NT80元(僅限郵寄台灣)。
• 一筆訂單最多 4 張。
• ※2027/02/07以前訂購者，將於02/15起陸續寄出，敬請注意※
  >02/16後訂購者，訂購完成，將於5-10個工作日內(不含假日)收到，寄出後可在「訂單查詢」顯示的郵局掛號碼自行追蹤寄送狀態，或請來電 07-7809900 提供訂單編號以供查詢。
  
• 為了讓消費者能盡快收到配送之訂單及避免盜用帳號詐騙行為，「系統不提供事後申請地址更換」。配送地址是依「該筆訂單會員資料」內的收件資料進行配送(系統會自動綁定)，請務必提早且於購票前至會員資料內確認收件地址！
• 購票前，請務必先至會員資料內確認收件地址是否有誤，郵寄資料須填寫『完整且正確』之收件人中文姓名與白天有人簽收之地址，若有『地址缺漏/有誤』或『收件人中文姓名不全/無此人』或『英文或它國語言暱稱』導致物流配送困難退件，該筆訂單經郵局退回寬宏售票系統後，將自動轉為現場取票。

2. 超商取票：

• 每筆系統服務費NT50元。
• 一筆訂單最多 4 張。
• 取票時間：
  ※2027/02/12以前訂購者，將於02/15起開始可以領取票券，敬請注意※
  ※2027/02/13以後訂購者，依以下取票時間領取。
  [信用卡付款]-完成訂購第4天開始至演出當日皆可領取(例：02/13訂購，02/16起可取票)。
  [ATM付款]-訂單狀態呈現為「已付款」至演出當日皆可領取票券。
  ※演出前三日訂購者：於演出前3日內至演出當日才完成網路訂票者，請於演出前1天00:01開始皆可至超商取票，敬請留意。
  ◇建議觀賞活動前1周再領取票券，以免有票券遺失或毀損等問題。
• 取票超商：可至任一間「萊爾富Life-ET」或「OK超商OK-go」機台取票。
  ※若演出當日取票發生異常，請至演出現場售票櫃台，服務人員可供協助。

3. 現場取票：

• 每筆系統服務費NT80元。
• 一筆訂單最多 4 張。
• 演出日前4~5日開放取票選項
• 取票地點：演出現場售票處。
  
• 取票時間：依演出前入場說明公告為主。
• 取票憑證：
  a.訂單編號。
  b.購票人身份證明(同會員帳號之證件，僅限正本：身份證、健保卡或護照擇一)。
