「抽籤制」售票注意事項
本活動將採用「抽籤制」售票,請詳細閱讀相關說明後進行抽籤登記。
Ø 抽籤登記時間:
07月08日 (三) 中午12:00~07月09日 (四) 18:00 止。
Ø 抽籤結果公布時間:
07月10日 (五) 中午12:00
Ø 中籤者繳費時間:
07月10日 (五) 中午12:00~07月11日 (六) 11:59am 止。(逾期繳費即放棄資格)
抽籤售票說明
Ø 會員與資格
1. 須先登入寬宏售票系統會員,方得進入節目頁面進行抽籤登記。身心障礙者須完成會員註冊,並通過衛生福利部身心障礙身分認證,始得進行身障席/輪椅席抽籤登記。
2. 每一會員帳號限購4張票券,不限票價,無須實名制。
Ø 抽籤登記規則
1. 登記抽籤時,每筆訂單最多可登記4張票券,票價最多可勾選6種(至少選擇1種)。若中籤,同一訂單內所有票券將為相同票價。系統將依所勾選票價由高至低進行抽籤,建議勾選多種可接受票價以提高中籤機率。
例:登記4張並勾選多種票價,若抽中$5,980票價,則該筆訂單4張票券皆為$5,980。
2. 登記資料須於截止前完成送出,截止後恕不接受取消或變更(包含場次、票區、張數、是否連號等),請務必確認資料正確後再行送出。
如有不同階段性抽籤,均以本次登記資料為準,請務必確認內容後再送出。
Ø 抽籤結果與通知
中籤結果公布後,中籤者請自行至寬宏售票【會員專區-抽籤查詢】查詢。通知信件可能因系統或信箱設定因素未能送達,仍以系統公告為準;如因未收到通知信件而影響權益,恕不得提出異議或申訴。未中籤者恕不另行通知。
Ø 付款規則
中籤者須於公告期限內完成全額付款,不得部分繳款,逾期未付款者視同放棄購票資格。
※為避免相關付款失敗之可能,請勿過於接近截止時間繳費。
Ø 付款與訂單確認
付款完成後,請務必再次登入會員至【訂單查詢】確認付款狀態。
1. 信用卡付款(VISA/MASTER/JCB)
若交易失敗,請於期限內重新完成付款,且不可更改付款方式。
訂單狀態如下:
a. 訂單成立:付款成功,訂票成立。
b. 訂單尚未完成:尚未完成付款授權,請於期限內完成。
c. 逾期未繳款:超過期限或交易失敗,訂單失效。
2. ATM虛擬轉帳付款
請使用網路銀行或ATM轉帳,恕不接受臨櫃匯款。
轉帳後約30分鐘後再查詢狀態:
a. 已繳款:付款成功,訂票成立。
b. 未繳款:尚未入帳或付款失敗,請於期限內完成。
c. 金額不符:交易失敗,請聯繫客服處理。
若交易異常,請先洽銀行確認,並於期限內重新轉帳或聯繫客服處理。
Ø 抽籤機制調整
是否開放第二次抽籤或改採直接售票,將視實際銷售情況另行公告。
1. 第二次抽籤:沿用原登記資料,不再開放重新登記;首次中籤逾期未
繳費者亦不得參與。
2. 官網直接售票:將另行公告正式啟售時間。
退票規範(依文化部定型化契約)
本節目退票機制依文化部中華民國107年5月16日文藝字第10710128232號公告「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第六條規定辦理,採方案二。
1. 消費者因個人因素申請退票者,須於購票完成後3日內(不含購票日)提出申請。
2. 自購票完成後第4日起恕不受理退換票。
3. 退票申請時間以郵戳寄送日為準。
4. 若購票日至活動日不足3日者,須於活動開始前完成退票申請。
5. 每張票券收取票面金額5%作為退票手續費;換票視同退票。
主辦單位保留隨時修改、暫停、終止或解釋本抽籤活動之權利(包含但不限於活動調整、提前終止或延長),相關異動以官方公告為準,恕不另行個別通知。

Lottery Ticket Sales Notice
This concert will use a lottery ticketing system. Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your lottery application.

Ø Payment Period for Successful Applicants: July 10 (Fri) 12:00 – July 11 (Sat) 11:59AM
All times listed above are in Taipei Time (UTC+8).
Lottery Ticketing Guideline
Ø Membership & Eligibility
- Applicants must log in to the KHAM Ticketing System member account before accessing the event page and submitting a lottery application.
- Each member account may purchase up to 4 tickets in total, regardless of ticket price category.
Ø Lottery Registration Rules
- Each lottery application may include up to 4 tickets and select up to 6 ticket price categories (at least 1 category must be selected). If you win the tickets, all tickets within the same order will be assigned the same ticket price category. The system will process the lottery from the highest selected ticket price to the lowest. You may select multiple acceptable price categories to increase your chances of success.
Example: If you register for 4 tickets and select multiple price categories, and your application is drawn for the NT$5,980 category, all 4 tickets in that order will be NT$5,980 tickets.
- Registration information must be submitted before the registration deadline. After submission, no cancellations or modifications will be accepted, including ticket category, quantity, seating preference (e.g., consecutive seats), or any other details. Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting your application.
If multiple lottery rounds are conducted, the registration information submitted in this application will be used. Please review all details carefully before submission.
Ø Lottery Result & Notification
After lottery results are announced, you may check your results via Member Center → Lottery Inquiry of KHAM Ticketing.
Notification emails may fail to be delivered due to system issues or mailbox settings. The results published on the ticketing system shall prevail. No objections or appeals will be accepted due to failure to receive notification emails. Unsuccessful applicants will not receive separate notifications.
Ø Payment Rules
Successful applicants must complete full payment within the designated payment period using either a credit card or ATM transfer. Partial payments will not be accepted. Failure to complete payment by the deadline will be regarded as forfeiture of the ticket purchase eligibility.
Ø Payment and Order Confirmation
After completing payment, please log in to your member account again to verify your payment status.
1. Credit Card Payment(VISA/MASTER/JCB)
If the transaction fails, payment must be completed again within the designated payment period. The payment method cannot be changed.
• Order status definitions:
a. Order Confirmed: Payment has been successfully completed and the ticket purchase is confirmed.
b. Payment Pending: Payment authorization has not yet been completed. Please complete payment within the designated period.
c. Payment Overdue: The payment deadline has been due or the transaction failed. The order is no longer valid.
2. ATM Virtual Account Transfer
Please complete payment via online banking or ATM transfer. Allow approximately 30 minutes after completing the transfer before checking your payment status.
• Order status definitions:
a. Payment Received: Payment has been successfully completed and the ticket purchase is confirmed.
b. Payment Not Received: Payment has not yet been credited or the transaction failed. Please complete payment within the designated period.
c. Incorrect Payment Amount: The transaction was unsuccessful due to a payment amount discrepancy. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
• If any transaction issue occurs, please contact your bank for verification, then complete a new transfer or contact Customer Service within the designated payment period.
Ø Lottery Process Adjustments
Whether a second lottery round will be conducted or the remaining tickets will be released through general sale will be announced following the completion of the first lottery round.
1. Second Lottery Round
The first lottery registration information will be used. New registrations or modifications will not be accepted. Applicants who were selected in the first lottery round but failed to complete payment within the designated period will not be able to participate in the second lottery round.
2. General Sale via Official Website
The official on-sale date and time will be announced separately.
Ticket Refund Policy
The ticket can be refunded. Please apply for a refund within 3 days after the ticket purchase. 5% of the ticket price will be charged as service fee for all refunded tickets. When applying for a refund, you can choose to refund some or all of your tickets but must within the same order.
The presenter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or interpret this lottery ticketing sale model at any time (including but not limited to adjustments, early termination, or extensions). Any changes will be subject to official announcement on both official website and the social media. No individual notifications will be provided.
