  1. 本節目採實名制入場,票券持有人須隨該筆訂單之訂票人(即票券上姓名者)一同進場,並請先行遵照相關作業程序完成購票、取票事宜。
  2. 每位會員該活動購票上限為4張,可選擇郵寄或採超商取票。
  3. 本節目退票方案依文化部於中華民國107年5月16日文藝字第10710128232號公告修定之『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六條退換票機制訂定如下說明:本節目採用方案二,消費者個人因素退票者之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日),購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請,請求退換票日期以郵戳寄送日為準,每張票券須收取票面金額5%退票手續費,換票視同於退票。
  4. 該節目票券預計於2024年1月15日開始寄送並同時開放萊爾富便利商店及OK超商取票(如有異動將公告於售票系統)。
  5. 本節目採實名制入場,訂票人本人須攜帶並出示本人身分證正本及訂單回覆函,驗證確認無誤後方可入場,如資料不符將無法入場。
    1. 購票時所填之姓名僅限「繁體中文」與「英文」,外籍人士請填寫「護照姓名」,請勿使用特殊符號與字元。
    2. 請攜帶有本人照片的身分證正本, 14歲以下孩童請攜帶有本人照片之健保卡、外籍人士請攜帶護照正本。
    3. 訂票人本人與同筆訂單其他持票者須同時進場,恕不接受任何理由要求分開進場。
  6. 本活動所收集之資料,包含姓名、電話、身分證字號等資訊,將提供主辦單位該節目入場驗證使用,並不會做其他用途,亦不會將您的個人資料和活動資料提供給無關的第三方。
  7. 購票者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊,依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第五項、第六項規定:「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式,利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券,取得訂票或取票憑證者,處三年以下有期徒刑,或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。預備犯前項之罪者,處一年以下有期徒刑,或科或併科新臺幣一百萬元以下罰金」,主辦單位及寬宏售票將有權利立即取消該消費者訂單。
  8. 務必透過寬宏售票系統購票,於拍賣網站或是其他售票管道所購得票券者,如有任何情事發生時將無法成為主辦單位所保障之對象,主辦單位有權拒絕於拍賣網站或是其他非正式授權售票之管道購買的票券入場。為了您的權益請在寬宏售票系統購票。
  9. 票券禁止轉售、交易或交換,一經查獲,該票券將視為無效票券。

  1. This event is based on the name-based system. When arriving in groups, the lead purchaser (the name specified as the account holder on KHAM Ticketing and printed on the tickets) needs to be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time. All ticket holders shall comply with the procedures to complete the purchase and collection of tickets first.
  2. The maximum number of tickets per transaction is 4(Four) no matter you choose to receive tickets by the register mail or pick up tickets at convenient stores.
  3. The refund policy of this event is per Article Six of the "Art and Cultural Performance Ticket Standard Form Contract information that has to be recorded and information that cannot be recorded''''''''" of Arts and Culture Act No. 10710128232 , which was amended by the Ministry of Culture on May 16, 2018, for ticket refunds and exchange mechanism.
    This event is complied with Option 2 and the details are as below:

    The tickets purchaser is allowed to refund tickets within 3 days after the purchase of the tickets (excluding the date of purchase). The forth day after the purchase of the tickets will not be accepted for refund or exchange, the date of request for refund or exchange is based on the date of delivery by mail, and a 5% refund handling fee of the face value of each ticket will be charged, the exchange of the ticket is considered same as the return of the ticket.
  4. Tickets will be scheduled to deliver by the register mail on January 15, 2024 and will be also available for pick-up at Hi-Life and OK marts at the same time. Any changes will be announced on KHAM Ticketing.
  5. In order for tickets to be valid, on arrival at the show the lead purchaser is require to provide all of the following items alongside their ticket(s):
    1. When purchasing tickets and fill the name of the lead purchaser, the system only accepts “Traditional Chinese” and “English” are required. If you are not Taiwan citizens, please insert the name appeared on the passport. Special symbols and characters are not allowed.
    2. Photo ID (If you are not Taiwan citizen, please bring the passport). Scan versions are not accepted. Kids below 14 should bring the NHI card with photos on it, and for foreigners please bring the passport.
    3. Booking confirmation email issued by KHAM Ticketing
    4. When arriving in groups, the lead purchaser needs to be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time. No exception.
    5. If ticket holders are not able to comply, the tickets will become invalid.
  6. The information collected for the event including name, telephone number and identity number is ONLY provided to the presenter for the vertification for the admission and will NOT be provided to the third-parties.
  7. The ticket purchaser should provide the real name and valid personal information. According to Article 10-1, Paragraph 5 & 6 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Law, "Purchasing tickets for arts and cultural performances, obtaining the vertification for tickets booking or pick-up by using a computer or other related equipment with false information or by other improper way, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine of not more than NT$3,000,000 or both. Anyone who prepares to commit the previous crime shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than one year or a fine of not more than NT$1,000,000 or both". The Presenter and KHAM Ticketing shall serve the right to cancel the patron’s booking immediately.
  8. Only tickets purchased through KHAM Ticketing are valid for admission. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled.
  9. Your ticket/s will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.
  10. Please read carefully all the policies including the admission method, ticket purchase ,ticket collect and ticket refund before move forward.

何謂黃牛票與不合法的門票轉售? 

為「將藝文表演票券以超過票面金額或定價販售者」與「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式,利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券,取得訂票或取票憑證者」,也就是「加價轉售者」與「以不正當方式取得票券者」都被認定為黃牛。依本國文化創意產業發展法規定,將藝文表演票券以超過票面金額或定價販售者,按票券張數,由主管機關處票面金額或定價之10倍至50倍罰鍰;以虛偽資料或其他不正方式,利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券,取得訂票或取票憑證者,處3年以下有期徒刑,或科或併科300萬元以下罰金。

 

我可以購買幾張票券?

每個會員加總限購 4 張。張數限制是為了讓更多消費者有機會能夠買到票券。

票券持有人須隨該筆訂單之訂票人(即票券上姓名者)一同進場。

How can I buy tickets?

The promoters of Ed Sheeran are committed to combating unethical secondary ticketing and resale.


KHAM Ticketing is the only official ticket vendor.

What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?

Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.

Ticket touts and unauthorised resellers use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programmes (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly-inflated prices.


How many tickets can I buy?

There will be a strict limit of 4 tickets per show date per transaction. This restriction is in place in order to give as many people as possible a fair chance to buy tickets. The whole party must arrive at the same time as the person (the name specified as the account holder on KHAM Ticketing and printed on the tickets)  


PLEASE NOTE that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled.


But we want to go as a bigger group/family?

You will have to try to complete another order with another account.


Can I buy tickets as a gift?

The matching ID of the surname of the lead booker will be an entry requirement, the other tickets bought by that person can be used for other people as long as they ALL arrive with the lead booker.  If you want to buy as gifts then you’ll also have to attend to get your recipients into the show.


What are the entry requirements?

To gain access to the concert you are required to bring your ticket(s), Photo ID (If you are not Taiwan citizen, please bring the passport). Scan versions are not accepted and Booking confirmation email issued by KHAM Ticketing. Please do complete the process of purchasing tickets per the regulation first.


What are the age restrictions?

No age restriction but regardless the age, each person needs one single ticket to admit.

 

I can’t find my confirmation email?

In the first instance please check your junk or spam folder. In busy periods confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive.  You also can log in your account of KHAM Ticketing to check the detail. If that doesn’t work contact the customer services of KHAM Ticketing.


I can’t go any more and want to refund my ticket. What do I do?

The tickets purchaser is allowed to refund tickets within 3 days after the purchase of the tickets (excluding the date of purchase). The forth day after the purchase of the tickets will not be accepted for refund or exchange, the date of request for refund or exchange is based on the date of delivery by mail, and a 5% refund handling fee of the face value of each ticket will be charged, the exchange of the ticket is considered same as the return of the ticket.

The reselling of any Ed Sheeran ticket is strictly forbidden other than through the official face value resale platform of your original point of purchase platform.  Any Ed Sheeran ticket offered for resale elsewhere, either on or offline (including Viagogo or any other unauthorised source including all secondary ticket retail websites), will result in the entire original booking being cancelled. The original purchaser and their party will be refused admission and any other purchases they hold will also be cancelled.

 

Are cameras allowed?

Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden. Personal use cameras and smart-phone cameras are fine.


How early should we turn up?

Please check KHAM website for the details such as the door opening time and do allow yourself plenty of time to get in before the start of the show.


I can’t get in with my ticketand I’ve been turned away?

Don’t worry, we can try and help you. In the first instance head to the box office where someone will be able to help you work out what’s gone wrong. Remember DO NOT buy a ticket from someone you don’t know either in person on the street OR from an unauthorised secondary ticket website.

入場須知與注意事項 

入場前必須接受安全檢查。任何禁止攜帶物品以任何形式出現一律不予入場如不願配合將無法入場且不予退票。現場無置物櫃,開演前請上寬宏藝術網站與官方臉書瞭解詳細入場辦法與安檢規定。 

一、    本節目設有安全檢查,現場無置物櫃,請持票觀眾備妥「票券」、「身分證正本」、「信用卡付款:訂單回覆函;ATM付款:ATM付款完成通知函」,請提早抵達演出會場以確保有足夠時間接受安全檢查,並盡量減少隨身攜帶物品,以加快入場速度。

二、    請詳讀「禁止攜帶物品」規範,如有違反,不論何種形式,均不得進場。

三、    禁止飲食,禁止攜帶任何食物、飲料,飲用水除外。

四、    禁止攜帶寵物進入場內。

五、    觀眾席內不得吸煙、嚼食檳榔、飲酒。

六、    禁止任何專業形式之拍照、錄影 (手機除外)及直播行爲如經查獲,將由現場工作人員將底片與記憶卡強制曝光及刪除並要求立即離場,概不負責任何相關損失與遺失並將提出侵權告訴。 

七、    請勿站立於座椅上觀賞演出,若因此導致座椅損壞,須負賠償責任。

八、    請勿攜帶看板或高舉手機以免阻擾後方觀眾視線。

九、    請勿丟擲螢光棒、寶特瓶、鐵鋁罐等物品

十、    請遵守入場規則、動線及現場工作人員指示,如遇人潮眾多,敬請依序排隊耐心等候。

十一、 請持票觀眾務必遵守規定,如有干擾演出秩序之行為,主辦單位有權要求違反者離場,並禁止再行入場且不予退票。主辦單位保有認定是否屬干擾演出秩序之行為之權利。

IMPORTANT NOTICE

For safety reasons, the security check is required at the entrance. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed to enter. There are no lockers on the site. Please surf KHAM Official Website and Facebook to learn the latest procedure before the concert. 

  1. For safety reasons, we will execute the security check before entering the venue. There are no lockers in the venue. Please make sure to bring ticket, photo ID and the booking confirmation letter in hand and arrive the venue as early as possible to go through the security check. To bring belongings as less as possible.
  2. Please pay attention to and read carefully the prohibited item list as below. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.
  3. No Food, No beverage except drinking water.
  4. No Pet
  5. No Smoking, No Alcohol
  6. Professional cameras are prohibited. No live Streaming. If the professional recording is taken, the contents will be deleted by the concert staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
  7. To stand on chairs is not allowed. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors. Per the regulation of Taipei Arena, 2F & 3F audiences are not allowed to stand or stomp.
  8. Please do not hold any signs or items to block the sights of people behind you.
  9. Do not throw any items such as glow stick, plastic bottle, can.
  10.  Please do follow up the regulations and the instructions of the concert staff. We will appreciate your patience if the queue is long.
  11. If you decline to comply, the presenter has the right to request you to leave and tickets are not valid for admission. There will be no ticket refund.
  12. Please check kham.com.tw for the further information or any changes.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Purses or bags larger than A4 size (21cm x 30cm) 
  • Duffle bags and suitcases
  • No professional cameras or anything larger than a removable four(4) inch-long lens and i-pads. Cellphone is acceptable.
  • Long umbrella, selfie sticks, any other poles, tripods and stools.
  • Glass containers (with discretion applied for water, medication and small bottles of perfume) and non-plastic bottles.
  • Laser pointer devices and flashlights.
  • Remove sticks or poles from all flags and banners before entering the venue. No items with corporate or inappropriate branding.
  • Fireworks, flares, smoke device and inflatables.
  • Weapons or projectiles of any kind i.e. firearms, bullets, knives, clubs/bats, nightsticks, metal/plastic knuckles, self-defense spray (tear, pepper-spray/mace-spray), Stun-guns or any electric shock devices, box-cutters, scissors, fireworks or any explosive.
  • Any item considered a danger to the Artist or the public.

    >完成信用卡付款後,可在「訂單查詢」,確認訂單狀態:
      a. 顯示「訂單成立」或「信用卡授權成功」─ 訂單成立已完成訂票。
      b. 顯示「訂單尚未完成」─ 產生訂單尚未完成付款,請盡速於付款期限內完成信用卡授權步驟。
      c. 顯示「逾期未繳款」─ 訂單交易失敗,超過付款期限,請重新訂購。(系統過30分鐘後將自動清空訂單並釋出座位)
      d. 顯示「授權中」─ 信用卡OTP授權頁面未完成後顯示狀態,一旦離開授權頁面將無法再次授權。(系統過30分鐘後將自動清空並釋出座位)
  • 【ATM虛擬轉帳付款】
    >開放ATM付款服務購票時間00:10-19:50。
    >請用「網路銀行轉帳」或「銀行ATM機台轉帳」,無法至銀行臨櫃辦理。
    >轉帳後有銀行通知的時間差,請轉帳30分鐘過後至「訂單查詢」查看狀態:
      a. 顯示「已繳款」─ 訂單成立已訂票成功。
      b. 顯示「未繳款」─ 尚未成立,請盡速於繳費期限付款。(系統過30分鐘後將自動清空)
      c. 顯示「金額不符」─ 訂單交易失敗,請重新訂購並與客服聯繫。
    ※ 轉帳後請確認銀行收執聯是否顯示交易成功,如顯示異常訊息請與銀行查明原因後,於繳費期限內重新轉帳即可。

2. 演出當日現場售票(現金):

  • 演出前 2 小時開始提供售票服務。

3. 超商購票(現金):

  • 訂購人實名制不開放超商購票。

 國外人士購票補充 

  1. 若為國外人士請先於會員資料中郵寄地址欄位,郵遞區號選擇【999其他】,住址欄位填入【現場取票】完成修改送出。
  2. 進行訂票步驟時請在取票方式選擇【國內郵寄】,完成訂票後人員將另外留存演出現場取票。
  3. 現場取票方式:
    a.取票地點:演出現場售票服務台
    b.取票時間:該場次演出前 2 小時。(例如:19:30請於17:30 ~ 19:30之間取票)
    c.取票憑證:1.訂單編號、2.購票人身份證明(僅限正本:護照),以供核對身份、3.信用卡正本。

 


 身心障礙購票補充說明 

身心障礙者線上身分認證於 2023/3/15(三) 中午12點啟用,限3/15以後開賣之節目,身障票或輪椅席,請先至會員專區,完成線上認證後方能訂購。請務必於節目開賣前24小時完成加入會員完成「身心障礙者身份認證」,避免無法及時認證成功影響購票。認證完成後可於會員「修改資料」內確認狀態是否為「身心障礙者身分認證通過」。身障認證流程說明

  1. 限用網頁申請會員與購買。
  2. 若需乘坐輪椅者,在「會員專區」>「身心障礙身分認證」部分,請勾選「本人需購買輪椅席」後認證「送出」,方可購買輪椅席座位。※請注意,一旦完成認證將無法更改輪椅需求※
  3. 購買之活動演出日不可晚於系統保留認證期限,更新認證期限可至「會員專區」>「修改資料」重新認證以確保可正常購票。
  4. ※購買身障票或輪椅席,入場時需出示身心障礙證明正本及身份證正本。
  5. ※陪同者須與身障者同時進場,陪同者恕無法單獨持票入場。
    ※演出節目,每位身障者單一場次限購一張身障票。
    ※進場時敬請攜帶有效證件,若未攜帶相關證件、資格不符、非本人者、證件過期造假、缺漏或無法辨識等不符合規定情況,恕無法入場。
    ※身心障礙證明不得轉借他人使用。入場時,將加強查核身分及證件,不具身心障礙資格者依法不得使用,如有冒用身分使用或違法轉讓,主辦單位有權拒絕入場並拒絕任何退換票要求。轉借他人冒用頂替身心障礙本人入場查證屬實者,自查獲之日起系統將暫停購買該票券之原始身障者日後購買身障票資格1年。

 取票方式 

1. 國內郵寄:

  • 每筆系統服務費NT80元(僅限郵寄台灣)。
  • 一個會員最多限購 4 張。
  • 寄送時間:
    ※2024/01/08以前訂購者,將於2024/01/15起陸續寄出,敬請注意※
    >2024/01/09後訂購者,訂購完成,將於5-10個工作日內(不含假日)收到,寄出後可在「訂單查詢」顯示的郵局掛號碼自行追蹤寄送狀態,或請來電 07-7809900 提供訂單編號以供查詢。
  • 為了讓消費者能盡快收到配送之訂單及避免盜用帳號詐騙行為,「系統不提供事後申請地址更換」。配送地址是依「該筆訂單會員資料」內的收件資料進行配送(系統會自動綁定),請務必提早且於購票前至會員資料內確認收件地址!
  • 購票前,請務必先至會員資料內確認收件地址是否有誤,郵寄資料須填寫『完整且正確』之收件人中文姓名與白天有人簽收之地址,若有『地址缺漏/有誤』或『收件人中文姓名不全/無此人』或『英文或它國語言暱稱』導致物流配送困難退件,該筆訂單經郵局退回寬宏售票系統後,將自動轉為現場取票。

    [ATM付款] - 訂單狀態呈現為「已付款」至演出當日皆可領取票券。
    ※演出前三日訂購者:於演出前3日內至演出當日才完成網路訂票者,請於演出前1天00:01開始皆可至超商取票,敬請留意。
  • 取票超商:可至任一間「萊爾富Life-ET」或「OK超商OK-go」機台取票。
    ※若演出當日取票發生異常,請至演出現場售票櫃台,服務人員可供協助。

3. 現場取票:

  • 每筆系統服務費NT80元(演出日前4~5日訂購可供選擇)。
  • 一筆訂單最多4張。
  • 場次開放現場取票之對應購買日期:
    場次:02/03,於01/29~01/30 訂票者。
    取票地點:演出現場售票處。
  • 取票時間:演出當日,該場次演出前 2 小時。(例如:17:30請於15:30 ~ 18:00之間取票)
  • 取票憑證:
    a.訂單編號。
    b.購票人身份證明(同會員帳號之證件,僅限正本:身份證、健保卡或護照擇一)。

 退票須知 

依文化部於中華民國107年5月16日文藝字第10710128232號公告修定之『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六條退換票機制如常見問題說明所示。本節目退票方案訂定如下說明。

  1. 退票手續費/截止時間:
    本節目採用方案二,消費者個人因素退票者之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日),購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請,請求退換票日期以郵戳寄送日為準,每張票券須收取票面金額5%退票手續費,換票視同於退票:
    例如:
    >2023/11/02購票,退票截止為2023/11/05(含),2023/11/06(含)起的郵戳退票即不再接受退票。
    >2023/11/03購票,退票截止為2023/11/06(含),2023/11/07(含)起的郵戳退票即不再接受退票。。。。。以此類推。
  2. 每人可退票張數僅限同本人原購票張數(該節目上限總數共 4 張)。

  3. 退票方式:

    (此活動需於購票後三日內辦理退票)

    (1). 「郵寄尚未寄出票券者」或「超商尚未取票者」:

      下載填寫「退票申請書」。

       >ATM虛擬轉帳付款者:
      下載填寫「退票申請書」與「台灣本地郵局存摺或銀行存摺封面影本(包含銀行名、分行名、戶名、帳號)」

    ※退票申請書填寫方式:
    (1.)列印填寫後掃描或拍攝清晰照片電子檔。
    (2.)使用AdobePDF檔"填寫和簽署"功能填寫與電子簽名後存檔。

      ●提供方式:

        a.  E-MAIL申請:依上方「檢附所需資料」附件後E-MAIL至退票專用信箱khticket@khmail.com.tw(來信主旨:(訂單編號_____ )-退票申請),退票專用信箱收到後會先發送系統自動回覆信件,代表信箱已收下,待作業確認後將會再與您回信通知是否完成訂購或者資料不符未完成退票申請,敬請留意EMAIL回信。

        b. 傳真申請:依上方「檢附所需資料」傳真至07-7805353,並來電07-7809900確認是否傳真成功。

    (2). 「已取得票券者」請寄回以下資料:
         a. 紙本票券正本。(郵寄/超商取票,已取票者需提供)
         b. 退票申請書。
         c. 帳戶存摺影本。(限訂購人帳戶/信用卡購票者免附)
         d. 寄送地址:「830007高雄市鳳山區青年路二段371號2樓 寬宏藝術票務收」

※申請後,票款扣除退票手續費款項後,信用卡付費者以刷退方式至原訂單之信用卡內﹔ATM轉帳者以匯退方式扣除匯款手續費後款項退款至原購票者帳戶。

★進行以上退票方式請注意:

  1. 為維護當事人個資安全,本退票服務僅限當事人申請與退款,並須填妥退票申請書將以上資料完整提供辦理才完成退票申請,缺件或資料填寫不完整者須在回信通知的退票截止前提供完整資訊,未在退票截止前提供將無法受理退票事宜,未收到回信也請來電07-7809900提供訂單編號查詢。

  2. 一經收到退票申請後,將直接辦理退票作業,無法再取消退票申請。

  3. 請於退票期限內將申請退票資料完整「送達」本公司指定地址為準;另非營業時間本公司恕無法收件,請自行計算寄達期限。本公司營業時間:週一至週五AM9:00~AM12:00;PM13:00~PM18:00 (遇國定假日例外)。

  4. 為避免爭議,郵寄退票申請者必須透過郵局限時掛號或快遞等有寄達簽收服務的第三方郵寄公司寄送。

  5. 一旦本公司收訖退票作業資料,視同您同意本公司進行相關退票作業,包含電話連繫、缺(補)件作業等)。

  6. 不符申請退票條件者,將依退票申請書上之聯絡方式通知申請人取回票券,恕不負票券保管或任何其他責任。

  7. 系統服務費、取票手續費、轉帳手續費及寄回郵資非屬票價部分不在退費範圍之內。
