因受到巴威颱風影響，原訂7/10~7/11於Taipei Legacy傳記-華山1914創意文化園區 中5A館 演出之WILD WILD 2026 1ST FAN LIVE in Taipei : AFTER HOURS，將取消演出。
退票辦法：
【網路刷卡購票】：
無需寄回票券與填寫退票申請書，7月23日(四)將由寬宏售票主動全額退刷至原刷信用卡銀行。
【網路購票ATM虛擬帳號付款者】：
票券無需寄回，將匯款至購票者名下指定帳戶，請下載退票申請書申辦，須將【退票申請書】+【台灣本地郵局存摺或銀行存摺封面影本(限訂購人帳戶)】E-MAIL到退票申請專用信箱: khticket@kham.com.tw來信主旨：(訂單編號_____ -2026WILD WILD 取消退票)或傳真至07-7805353申辦。
【超商購票現金付款者】：票券需以掛號信件與下列資料一同寄回
退票收件日期為2026年7月17日（截止日以退票申請書送達日期為準）。
1. 紙本票券正本。 2. 帳戶存摺影本(限訂購人帳戶)。 3 . 退票申請書。請下載退票申請書申辦
4. 寄送地址：「830007高雄市鳳山區青年路二段371號2樓 寬宏藝術票務收」
其他注意事項：
◆網路刷卡購票之票款恕無法以現金或其它指定方式退還。
◆退款時間將依發卡行及銀行之作業時間為準，建議您可留意次期信用卡帳單。
◆若以ATM轉帳或現金購票者：將匯款至原訂購人帳戶。 (匯票款日期：收件日次月10日，遇例假日則遞延後一工作日)
◆係因不可抗力因素導致異動，退票以票面金額為計算標準，購票或退票所產生之系統服務費、郵寄費、超商取票服務費，退票寄回郵資、選擇ATM轉帳付款產生之轉帳手續費等均不屬於退票費用計算內。

Due to Typhoon Bavi, the WILD WILD 2026 1ST FAN LIVE in Taipei : AFTER HOURS, originally scheduled for July 10th to July 11th at Legacy Taipei has been cancelled.
Refund Procedure:
【For online credit card purchases】: You do not need to return your tickets. Refunds will be automatically processed by KHAM to the original credit card account.
【For online purchases paid via ATM virtual account】: You do not need to return your tickets. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the purchaser’s designated account. Please download and complete the Refund Application Form_ WILD WILD 2026 Cancellation (download here) and email the form along with a copy of your Taiwan postal/bank account passbook cover page (account must belong to the purchaser) to khticket@kham.com.tw by using Order Number_____ - WILD WILD 2026 Cancellation Refund as the subject of the email, or fax to 07-7805353.
【For cash payments made at convenience stores】:Please return the following items by registered post.
Refund applications will be accepted by 17th July, 2026 (based on the date the refund application form is received).
1. The original physical ticket(s)
2. A copy of the bank account passbook cover page (account must belong to the purchaser)
3. The Refund Application Form. Please download and complete the Refund Application Form.
4. Mailing address: 2F, No. 371, Sec. 2, Qingnian Rd., Fengshan Dist., Kaohsiung City 830007, Taiwan (KHAM Ticketing)
Other precautions:
※ Refunds for online credit card transactions cannot be made in cash or by other specified methods.
※ The refund completion time depends on processing schedule of each issuing bank. Please check your next credit card statement for confirmation.
※ For tickets purchased via ATM transfer or cash, the refund will be remitted to the original purchaser''''''''''''''''s bank account. (Refund Date: The 10th day of the month following the receipt date; deferred to the next business day in the event of weekends or public holidays.)
※ Since event changes or cancellations are caused by force majeure, refunds will be made based on the face value of the ticket(s) only. Fees incurred during the process—such as system service fees, mailing fees, convenience store ticket pick-up fees, return postage for the physical ticket, and ATM transfer fees—are non-refundable.
