節目取消公告
原定於2025年11月30日(日)18:00 Legacy TERA舉辦之「Kacey Musgraves 2025台北演唱會」，因不可預期情況而必須取消， 造成不便，尚祈見諒。
退票辦法如下，如有任何問題，請您利用EMAIL(khamtw@gmail.com)或電話(07-7809900)洽詢，謝謝。
退票辦法：退票收件日期為2025年11月11日至2025年11月30日（截止日以退票申請書送達日期為準）。
【網路刷卡購票選擇郵寄或超商未領票者】：票券無需寄回，12/3將由寬宏售票主動全刷至原刷信用卡銀行。
【網路刷卡超商已取票券者】：票券無需寄回，12/3票款將由寬宏售票主動退刷至原刷信用卡銀行。
※網路刷卡購票之票款恕無法以現金或其它指定方式退還。
※退款時間將依發卡行及銀行之作業時間為準，建議您可留意次期信用卡帳單。
【網路購票ATM虛擬帳號付款者】：票券無需寄回，將匯款至購票者名下指定帳戶，請下載退票申請書( 下 載 退 票 申 請 書 )申辦，須將【退票申請書】+【台灣本地郵局存摺或銀行存摺封面影本】E-MAIL到退票申請專用信箱: khticket@kham.com.tw(來信主旨：(訂單編號_____ )- Kacey演出取消退票)或傳真至07-7805353申辦。
【超商購票現金付款者】：票券需以掛號信件寄回
1. 紙本票券正本。 2. 帳戶存摺影本(限訂購人帳戶)。 3 . 退票申請書(下 載 退 票 申 請 書)。
4. 寄送地址：「830007高雄市鳳山區青年路二段371號2樓 寬宏藝術票務收」
※退票僅以票面金額為計算，購票或退票所產生之系統服務費、郵寄費、超商服務費，退票寄回郵資、選擇ATM 轉帳付款產生之轉帳手續費等均不屬於退票費用計算內。
Cancellation Notice
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Kacey Musgraves – Asia 2025 Tour in Taipei, originally scheduled for 30 November at Legacy TERA has been cancelled.
We sincerely apologize for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause to fans who were looking forward to the show. We deeply appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support during this time.
Ticket holders for the show will receive the full refund of the ticket face-value.
Refund Procedure:
Refund applications will be accepted from November 11th to November 30th, 2025 (based on the date the refund application form is received).
· For online credit card purchases (tickets not yet collected or set for postal delivery):
You do not need to return your tickets. Refunds will be automatically processed by KHAM to the original credit card account.
· For online credit card purchases (tickets already collected at convenience stores):
You do not need to return your tickets. Refunds will be automatically processed by KHAM Ticketing to the original credit card account.
※ Refunds for online credit card transactions cannot be made in cash or by other specified methods.
※ The refund completion time depends on each issuing bank’s processing schedule. Please check your next credit card statement for confirmation.
· For online purchases paid via ATM virtual account:
You do not need to return your tickets. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the purchaser’s designated account.
Please download and complete the Refund Application Form(download here) and email the form along with a copy of your Taiwan postal/bank account passbook cover page to khticket@kham.com.tw, or fax to 07-7805353.
· For cash payments made at convenience stores:
Please return the following items by registered post:
1. The original physical ticket(s)
2. A copy of the bank account passbook cover page (account must belong to the purchaser)
3. The Refund Application Form
