🔖退票辦法：
請至寬宏售票系統【🔗下載】並填寫退票申請書，並將申請書及票券正本郵寄至本公司(高雄市鳳山區青年路二段371號2樓 寬宏藝術票務收)，各活動收件截止日請參考上方表格，EX：原演出日為3/7，其退票申請截止日期為3/5。（截止日以郵件送達日期為準，非以郵戳或寄件日期計）。
若尚未取得票券者可用以下方式提供申請：
(1). 傳真申請：請列印填寫「退票申請書」並傳真至07-7805353，並來電07-7809900確認是否傳真成功。
(2). E-MAIL申請：請列印填寫「退票申請書」後，掃描或拍攝清晰照片電子檔，附件E-MAIL至退票專用信箱khticket@khmail.com.tw(來信主旨：(訂單編號 )-演出取消/延期退票申請)，退票專用信箱收到後將會與您回信通知。
⚠️係因不可抗力因素導致延期、取消，將提供票面全額退費。
⚠️如購票時有使用藝fun券者，退票金額需扣除藝fun券之使用額度，例如：購買票券面額1200元，以藝fun券抵用400元，另刷卡(或匯款)支付800元，將刷退(或匯退)800元。
◆ 紙本藝FUN券使用期限至2021/2/28，將退回折抵金額至原紙本藝FUN券額度，可再次使用折抵。(請特別留意可使用期限)
◆ 電子藝FUN券因已超過使用期限，將以折抵金額退回原購票者帳戶(請另外附上購票者存摺影本)。

Ticketholders will be able to use the same ticket(s) to see the show(s) and no need to exchange the ticket(s) based on the above new show schedule. Ticketholders will be able to request a full refund from KHAM Ticketing too. Please DOWNLOAD the refund form on KHAM Ticketing Website.

We need to receive the refund form and the ticket(s) before the deadline per the above table.
Please note the deadline is the date we need to receive the form and the ticket(s).
For customers who have not picked up ticket(s) yet, please feel free to use either below two ways to apply the refund,
1. Complete the ticket refund form and fax it to the customer center.
The fax number is +886-7-780-5353. Please contact the customer center, +886-7-780-9900 to make sure the form is received successfully.
2. Complete the ticket refund form, scan or take a clear photo of the form and email to the customer center, the email address is khticket@khmail.com.tw
The email title is the ticket booking number_KHxxxxxx + refund request.
The customer center will response the email when receiving it.
The tour is cancelled due to Force Majeure. Customers who request to refund will be offered full ticket refund. While the ticketing service fee is not refundable, we appreciate your understanding.
